TORONTO, April 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Digital-first sportsbook and iGaming operator, Rivalry Corp (OTCQB: RVLCF), informally known as “Rivalry” or the “Company”, has today announced a delay in the submission of its audited financial statements. The company has also revealed that management’s discussion and analysis for the year ending December 31, 2024, along with related certifications (collectively referred to as the “Annual Filings”), will be filed late.

This news comes alongside Rivalry’s announcement of its application for a Management Cease Trade Order, in response to the anticipated late filing of these Annual Filings.
