On April 18, 2025, Johnson Fistel, PLLP announced the initiation of a class action lawsuit on behalf of Bakkt Holdings, Inc. investors. The lawsuit aims to recover losses for investors who bought securities from March 25, 2024, to March 17, 2025, inclusively, referred to as the “Class Period”.
