Aergo has announced that it will conduct an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on Telegram on the 12th of June at 11:00 UTC. The session plans to address the latest developments, ongoing progress, and future plans of the project.
The announcement was made official through a tweet by Aergo:
Aergo is a renowned enterprise blockchain platform that is open-source and specifically designed for hybrid deployments. This includes both permissioned and permissionless blockchain structures. The platform was conceived and developed by Blocko, a South Korean blockchain technology company backed by Samsung. It is purpose-built for enterprise use, providing a robust infrastructure for Decentralized Applications (DApps).
The platform is designed for enterprise adaptability and its core features include a SQL-supportive smart contract engine, which eases data management and contract programming for developers. The blockchain infrastructures hosted by Aergo are diverse. Its private chains use a Proof-of-Authority consensus method with the RAFT algorithm, while the public version, the Aergo mainnet, relies on a Byzantine Fault-Tolerant Delegated Proof-of-Stake mechanism. One notable feature of Aergo is its capability to pay leading cloud service providers, like major telecommunication companies, to host dedicated nodes for private blockchains.
