GlobeNewswire has revealed that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is gearing up for the National Small Business Week, scheduled to hold from May 4-10, 2025. The SBA has already shared its roster of state and territory Small Business Persons of the Year, in anticipation of this annual event.

The week-long celebration of small businesses will be inaugurated by SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler in Washington, D.C. During the opening ceremony, she will confer the title of National Small Business Person of the Year.

Furthermore, Loeffler is set to embark on a national roadshow aimed at promoting small businesses. Throughout the week, she will tour four different cities, emphasizing the significant role, economic contributions, and value that small businesses bring to communities across the country.
