Popular meme coin Floki Inu has included the Italian football giant SSC Napoli to its partners’ list as its marketing push.
As per the announcement of the sponsorship agreement, they would print the Floki Inu token’s logo on the back of the Italian jersey throughout the season. Moreover, the Floki Inu logo will appear across LED signs around the team’s stadium at the same time.
However, the period and cost of the deal are private. Also, the Floki marketing team said that the move was part of the project’s vision for growth to enhance its popularity.
In addition, this is not Floki’s first attempt to bring its token to the public at large. This crypto project had been in the news when the logo showed up on major locations worldwide like Ireland, London Underground, and recently in Spain.
Besides, Floki’s logo appears on sporting brands like Spanish LaLiga’s Cádiz and Kerala Blasters from the Indian Super League. This move shows that it follows the footsteps of FTX, which has belligerently lounged for several sports partnerships.
Considering Floki Inu’s history, it was launched last June as an Elon Musk‘s pet dog-inspired token. The token ranked in a 12% gain in the last 24 hours. It was $0.00018840 at the time of writing. Further, it has a $1.8 billion market cap, with about $25.2 million in size volume.
