Geneva, Switzerland, March 24, 2025 — SEALSQ Corp, an affiliate of WISeKey, and WeCanGroup SA have struck a strategic partnership. The agreement sees SEALSQ obtaining a significant 30% equity share in WeCanGroup. The joint venture is primarily aimed at promoting the implementation of blockchain-anchored security measures in the rapidly evolving Web 3.0 terrain. The partnership will particularly emphasize the application of post-quantum cryptography, the security of the Internet of Things (IoT), and the fortification of financial systems against the rising tide of cyber threats.
